The Story
From Humble Beginnings to National Recognition
Dato' Ben Fam Chee Way grew up in poverty in a small town in Malaysia. He knows what it means to go without — the hunger, the uncertainty, the weight of watching his family struggle. But instead of being defined by hardship, he was shaped by it. From a young age, he made a promise to himself: if he ever succeeded, he would spend his life giving back.
That promise drove him through decades of relentless work. Starting from scratch in 1992 with Starwill Industries, Dato' Ben built a business empire across chemical manufacturing, plantation, agriculture, banking & finance, real estate, and technology. Today, he serves as director, shareholder, and consultant for over 9 companies — including Bursa-listed Harvest Miracle Capital Bhd. (0060) with total assets exceeding RM 412 million.
But for Dato' Ben Fam Chee Way, success was never just about business. As Co-Founder of the Ai Xin Charity Association Malaysia, he has personally organized over 200 charitable events, touching more than 50,000 lives through disaster relief, food aid, medical support, and educational programs. His contributions earned him the D.I.M.P. from the Sultan of Pahang in 2013 and an Honorary Doctorate from Wilmington Metropolitan University in 2025.

As Co-Founder of Persatuan Amal Kasih Sayang (Ai Xin) Malaysia, Dato' Ben Fam Chee Way has led the association in organizing over 200 charitable events across Malaysia. From pandemic relief missions and flood disaster aid to educational sponsorships and elderly welfare programs, the association has touched more than 50,000 lives under his leadership.
